UF-OLT-4 has 4 GPON port and 1 SFP+ port with 1/10G modulation speed, one ethernet port designed only for management and one console port.
Management
OLT management has never been easier! The device itself has a web interface where you can see which units are currently connected, upgrade in bulk firmware, etc. The biggest advantage, however, is central management using UNMS (Ubiquiti Network Management System) software.

UNMS is a comprehensive management solution not only for OLT and their clients, but also for any Ubiquiti Networks portfolio, such as airMAX, UniFi, EdgeRouter, EdgePoint, EdgeMax and more … More about support at unms.com. Controller can be downloaded and installed on Linux. The cloud solution is not yet supported, however it is possible to rent a hosted solution eg here.
